Blue Cheese Dressing - I use Ina Garten’s recipe but replace the Roquefort cheese with blue cheese crumbles. If I don’t have heavy cream, I use half and half.

Spaghetti Carbonara - I use this New York Times Recipe with bacon and parmesan cheese.

Chicken Pot Pie - I use a recipe from Lilly Pulitzer’s holiday cookbook. Instead of sherry I use sweet vermouth.
